Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1. Referrers must be existing customers of KMM Energy Solutions.
2. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously engaged with KMM Energy Solutions.
3. The referral reward is only applicable to qualifying services:
   • Domestic referrals: £250 reward applies to solar installations or solar with additional extras. Battery-only or EV charger-only referrals do not qualify.
   • Business referrals: Up to £2,000 reward, based on the scope and value of the referred solar-based project.
4. Self-referrals: Customers with multiple meters or properties are eligible for self-referrals, provided each referral involves a separate installation.

Reward Payment

1. Rewards are issued within 8 weeks after the referred customer’s installation is completed.
2. Payments will be made via bank transfer or credited toward the referrer’s future services.

Referral Limit

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make; however, each referral must meet the eligibility criteria.

Service Requirements

1. The referred customer must complete a qualifying service with KMM Energy Solutions.
2. For business referrals, the reward amount will depend on the size and scope of the project.

Exclusions

1. Referrals for incomplete or cancelled installations are not eligible.
2. Duplicate claims for the same property or meter will not qualify.

Programme Duration

The referral programme is ongoing but may be subject to changes or termination at KMM Energy Solutions’ discretion.

Misuse

Fraudulent activity or misuse of the programme will result in disqualification from receiving rewards.

Changes to Terms

KMM Energy Solutions reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral programme and its terms without prior notice.
